++ CAI Networks Product Warranty and Support Disclaimer
Our Network Appliances* products warranty covers:
Standard one (1) year product warranty (parts & labor)
Standard one (1) year software/firmware updates and upgrades
Standard one (1) year engineering email/phone support.
Our engineers will resolve any network issue even at packcet level.
30 day money back guarantee (restocking fees may apply, please check

Extended Standard, Gold and Premium warranty and support program optional.
* Above warranty and support policy applies to WebMux
and DnsMux product lines, not apply to bareboard products. Different product lines may have different warranty and support policy, please check with us or our resellers for details. Support scope may also be different from different product line. Please check with product page for details. Upon expiration of the warranty period, the warranty and support cntract will subject to renew and can be cancelled at any time.
++ About the Warranty
CAI Networks, Inc. warrants our products against defects in material or
workmanship for the time periods one year or extended warranty purchased. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, CAI Networks will, at
its option, (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. For
purposes of this Limited Warranty, "refurbished" means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications.
In the unlikely event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. We offer an optional 24-hour express exchange policy, which lets you
receive a replacement unit before returning the defective one. Warranty policy must be valid at the time warranty service requested.

The Support provision covers physical installation of the unit as well as how to configure the device to perform its task. With valid maintanence contract, CAI Networks also provide services to update customer's firmware to the latest one or any version customer perfer. Support services during normal business hours. Support contact can be made by phone, email, or fax. Extended support hours is an optional service.
